Yo’ papa and yo’ mama and nobody else can’t tell yuh and show yuh. Two things everybody’s got to do fuh theyselves. They got tuh go to tuh God and they got tuh find out about livin’fuh theyselves.” Is perfect to sum up the book. I think that Janie has resentment towards her grandmother, mother, father, and even Jody but until she actually lives life and sees for herself how life can be happy and sad no matter in love or out of it. In the beginning Janie seemed to be on this search of true love to make her life complete but now I think she realizes she has to find out about liven for herself.Angiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05817636030971556443noreply@blogger.com
